Friendship Circle Event

Tefillin n' Chillin on Campus

It's the most beautiful thing - tefillin.

MATISYAHU @ BAYSIDE

Over 10,000 in the audience! hmm... maybe 1/3 were Jewish, but yeah.
Seeing non-Jews rapping, "We want Mashiach Now!" was definitely an eye-opener.
And since Chabad hosted Matis, we got BACKSTAGE PASSES!

CHABAD HOUSE IS BURGLARIZED

They used a bat, which we found laying right outside, on the concrete. Shreds of glass were all over the lounge... We filed a police report, and interjected that there had been anti-Semetic messages on the sidewalk nearby, as well.
Everyone was very charitable, offering to cover the cost of a new pane of glass.
This was right before Yom Kippur...

TABLING ON CAMPUS

THIS IS OUR BANNER ON CAMPUS - WE GO "TABLING" TWICE A WEEK FROM ABOUT 9 AM TILL ABOUT 1 PM.
I love it, personally, because I get to meet students, and hang out with ones we're already friends with. It's great... campus life.

I'd just like to say that this has been the most amazing 1st semester - and next semester is gonna rock...
We're working on the CALENDAR right now... and its super cool.
